New OSCAM for OpenMIPS and ItalySat

In matching_reader() check reader->csystem.caids[] along with reader->caid.
This patches fixes Bulcrypt support. Bulcrypt reader supports two
different CAIDs and do not set reader->caid but ->caids[] array.
Fixes ticket #2500.

New default for 'ecmfmt' in documentation.

keine configs enthalten !!! configs speichern unter /usr/keys !!!
Diese IPK ist für das openmips beta image !!!
bei deinstallation werden die configs nach /tmp/oscamsicherung.tar.gz gesichert !!!
es ist eine minimalconfig mit an board (vorhandene config dateien bleiben bestehen falls vorhanden)
